Spiralyze is a leading US-based A/B testing agency. We used data-driven design to help our our clients generate more revenue from their website traffic. We have 120 employees and are growing rapidly. We’re looking for someone great to join our growth team!

Position

Your primary task is to help us identify companies that could benefit from Spiralyze services.

You will take extreme amounts of initiative and enthusiasm to get stuff done. You may not know how, but you figure it out by asking the right people, googling, and experimenting.

We’re looking for someone with tenacity, organizational skills, and who is great at managing time. Most importantly, you need to win! In order to win, you are a self-starter who has a desire to learn, grow, and excel in your role.

Your daily tasks will entail identifying target accounts within your assigned segment, identifying the appropriate contacts at each account in the corporate structure, sending out emails to the contacts, and scheduling meetings for the growth team to meet with the potential ---------- ’s okay if you don’t know what any of this stuff means, we can teach you!

Responsibilities:

1. Prospecting companies that fall in your assigned segment
2. Sending outbound emails
3. Recording outcomes and tracking metrics

Requirements and skills:

1. Expert in learning: Can quickly become an expert in new topics.
2. Can self-manage: Strong ability to prioritize and make discretionary decisions.
3. High IQ, EQ, and drive.
4. Adaptable: Must be versatile in adapting to changes in a fast-paced environment and fluctuating workloads.
5. Open-minded: Wants to get better and understands that soliciting and acting on feedback is the path to get there.
6. Experienced: Nice, but not necessary. We believe in smart + enthusiastic > experience.
7. Can’t stop winning.
