The opportunity
We are looking for someone proactive, with great organisation skills, excellent English, strong customer service experience, who will be able to look at the 'bigger picture' B2B business, not simply pushing orders through, doing admin tasks etc.

Responsibilities of this role:

- managing diaries, including organising meetings, and communicating with our customers via phone and email

- answering questions and addressing any customer concerns /suppliers

- liaising with our warehousing and shipping teams regarding any related issues or queries

- contacting new and existing customers to discuss their business needs

- contacting new and existing customers about our products and new arrivals

- collaborating with colleagues in many different sectors


What you need to succeed at this role:

- excellent spoken and written English

- strong experience in a customer service role

- ability to organise workload and processes

- ability to work proactively and as part of a team

- experience with administrative tasks, such as phone calls and scheduling appointments

- knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Teams)

- ability and willingness to learn about new products

- any sales experience would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite
