We're Hiring a Website Tech Support Person who is fluent in English.

Starts off part-time for three months, then will move to full-time.

---------- (Epic) is looking for a tech support person who can help their clients with their website needs and has to have GREAT English writing skills and is fluent in English. Epic is a digital marketing and website design company.

The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated, hard-working individual able to handle tech support questions having to do with the BigCommerce and WordPress platforms. And again, Epic needs someone fluent in English and has perfect English writing ---------- scription:

- GREAT English writing skills and English speaking skills
- Loves helping people, who are happy, and has a GREAT attitude
- Loved to solve problems
- Needs to work USA hours
- Be responsible for website tech support through email and online website chat
- Knowledge of BigCommerce and WordPress platforms, but not required
- 8+ years of English writing and speaking experience
- We're looking for someone who can work as a valuable tea ---------- mber and is capable of leading our tech support
