Looking for a Virtual Assistant who will help support the licensing of new product ideas

Qualifications:

1+ years proven experience as an executive assistant.
1+ years marketing experience.
1+ years graphic design experience.
1+ years licensing experience.
Experience may be ---------- -depth understanding of the entire MS Office suite and google suite products.
Graphic design experience
College diploma.
Professional level verbal and written communications skills with high English comprehension during multi person phone meetings.
Ability to foresee the needs of the Executive and offer suggestions and solutions.
Must be quick, able to handle multiple assigned tasks, and be detail oriented.

The Virtual Assistant will manage the product licensing affairs of the Executive. The primary near term need will be to set up process, and systems, to best accomplish the licensing tasks at hand including SOP documentation.

Licensing

Research all aspects of new product ideas including: market, product, competitor, licensee, industry, etc. and compile information into report format.
Creating marketing material, sell sheets, and ---------- tting appointments with licensees.
