Go High Level Virtual Assistant

We are a digital marketing agency looking for a Go High-Level Virtual Assistant to assist our growing team. Our business is focused on changing the world by helping people change their lives with the services we provide.

We help roofing companies get customers through marketing automation and strategic advertising campaigns.

We mainly need help with the automation setup and someone to do technical work inside the Go High-Level platform. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, able to communicate through multiple channels, and super organized.

You should deeply understand the Go High-Level platform, workflows, trigger building, funnel building, and as many related areas as possible. We prefer someone with extensive experience in multiple funnel building, automation, and CRM platforms.

You will also be required to provide email support, answer phone calls, and also record basic data within the software.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- answering phone calls
- listening to incoming voicemails
- responding to texts
- responding to emails
- building trigger automation
- building workflow automation
- recording data (email open rates, replies percentage, call reporting)
- daily check-in meeting (30 minutes)
