Looking For An Exceptional Person To Lead My Ecommerce Team As A Project Manager - Weekly Pay + Bonuses + 13th Month Pay

My name is Itamar Blumenfeld, I live in Thailand and I run an ecommerce company. We run multiple online stores selling different types of products on shopify and Amazon. I'm looking for an exceptional individual who is highly experienced in managing a team of people to be my right hand, learn and run a big part of our business.

Adaptable, passionate about execution and hungry to learn and grow. The ultimate leader who is eager to make things rolling, even when the situation seems hard. A problem solver. A team player with no ego, with great communications with other humans and the ability to push any individual to success. Very organized, even-tempered, respectful, and willing to be able to communicate and lead a team of super talented people. You must be a FLUENT English speaker and writer, and to be well organized and excellent in excel and documentation.

The Task At Hand:

- Learn the whole business model and all the parts of the business.
- Hire new VA's when needed.
- Train new / existing VA's.
- Lead the team - set weekly goals, motivate the team to push and achieve the goals.
- Track performance of the team and goals, give me a detailed reports every day of what achieved and on the performance of each individual.
- Extensive online research to find trends, hot items, and changes on the market.
- Prepare new items for sale on the stores (create posts and campaigns on Facebook)
- Create excel spreadsheets to calculate many things in the business and update them daily.
- Communicate with the team, solve problems and manage them, communicate with suppliers.

The ideal candidate have to be:

- A 2-5 years experienced as a project manager, have managed at least 10 people before.
- A 1-2 years experienced with online marketings, sales, and ecommerce platforms like Ebay, Amazon, Shopify, Teespring
- A sparkling personality that will mesh well with the existed team.
- Speak and write fluent English.
- Well organized and can organize a team behind him.
- Dependent person, can work and solve problems himself.
- Curious person, always eager to learn and improve himself and the process more.
- Good personality and top notch communication skills.

About the job:

- Salary will start at $450/month for full time (40 hours a month) and grow as we reach our monthly goals. Project manager salary can get up to $1000/month once the business hit certain levels.
- Bonuses and pay increases will be applied by performance.
- Payment will be sent weekly via Paypal.
- There will be 13th month pay, sick and vacation days will be paid.
- The position is GOAL oriented more than time oriented, there will be weekly and monthly goals to achieve in order to maintain the position.
