Rockstar Marketing Assistant VA For Training Company - Full Time

We are a US based online real estate coaching and education training company looking for a full time rockstar VA tea ---------- mber to help manage the day to day operations and marketing.

We are looking for a detail oriented team player who is a problem solver and is able to get things done. Training will be provided, however we are looking for someone who will take initiative, solve problems, and doesn’t need their hand to be held with everything. We are looking for someone who will come to us with solutions, not just problems.

Primary responsibilities:
-Help maintain and send weekly emails to our email list
-Scheduling/designing posts to our social media channels
-Working as a project manager to facilitate projects
-Helping find new podcasts and publicity channels
-Understanding of optimization/designing/updating landing pages
-Basic email customer support and customer service

Requirements:
-Home office setup (computer 2016 or newer, webcam, reliable high speed internet, and quite office environment)
-Full time availability (40 hours per week)
-Must be detail oriented
-At least 2+ years in a similar role
-High proficiency with project management tools (ex. Clickup, Trello, etc)
-High proficiency with automation workflows (ex. GoHighLevel, mapping out company processes, etc.)
-Experience with creating SOP’s and documenting processes
-Great written and spoken English
-Have a marketing strategy background (not required, but is a bonus)

-This position is work from home
-Benefits start after 60 days and include 10 days of PTO per year
-Paid Major Philippines Holidays
-13th Month Pay
-Flexible hours (most hours need to be completed during US business hours, however there is some flexibility depending on your current projects)
