We are on the hunt for a dedicated and passionate Paid Ads Manager.

**Responsibilities:**
- You do NOT need to write content or design graphics or edit videos
- Maintaining a proper structure of every ad account to support scale and growth
- Test, test, and test different videos, images, content, etc until they convert
- Optimise existing and new ads to increase conversions
- Work with developers to set up general tracking, conversion tracking, etc for every account
- Convert cold/warm traffic into subscribers, members of a Facebook group, or to a sale (depending on the account)

**Expected Expertise:**
- Fast and reliable internet
- Working Full Time Australia business hours (Monday to Friday)
- Facebook ads -OR- Google ads & YouTube ads
- Proven solid work experience of 2+ years
