Graphic Designer

Hi there,
My name is Riyaz, I am an entrepreneur in Canada that focuses on building and marketing businesses. I started a product design company ( ---------- ), build and almost launched my own product ( ---------- ). Now I am now looking to build out a marketing team that can help both Ventrify and my other projects.

I am looking for a graphic designer that will help me build the online presence of these companies through finding and customizing OR creating images/infographics.

What you will do:
Find and customize images for website pages, blogs, social media posts, or ads that align with that specific brand
- review written content and think of photos/images that would make the content more interesting/help explain the content
- find free images/stock photos online through places like pexels, pixabay, unsplash, etc.
- customize them to make them unique for our content by cropping, mirroring, adding filters, overlaying logos, or other photo editing processes (in GIMP, photoshop, canva, or other photo editing software of your preference)
- save in multiple formats (mobile, desktop) and share with the team

Create images/infographics for website pages, blogs, social media posts, or ads that align with that specific brand
- review written content and think of images/infographics that would make the content more interesting/help explain the content
- find free images/graphics online through places like undraw, freepik, vector4free, thenounproject, etc.
- customize them to make them unique for our content by combining, mirroring, changing colors, etc., or using them as inspiration to create something new (in inkscape, illustrator, publisher, vectr, or other vector editing software of your preference)
- save in multiple formats (mobile, desktop) and share with the team

Bonus! (not necessary, but nice to have) As the world shifts towards a video first experience, we will (in the future) be creating video content along with our written content. If you have video editing experience (premiere pro or other), this would be - something we will explore in future months!
- shorten video and make it more exciting by cutting time gaps, pauses, filler words
- overlay images, video, or text
- add closed captions (subtitles)
- find stock audio and overlay onto video, seamlessly merge background audio
- save and export in multiple formats (mobile, desktop)

Conclusion:
The goal of our work is to help businesses be found online by building their SEO. You will be working with me, a copywriter, and a wordpress developer. I expect this to take about 10 hours/week to start and to increase as we bring on more projects.

I am looking for someone that is a multi-talented graphic designer. Please include 3 or more samples/links to your previous projects and a description of what you did - please mention the software you used to do these projects. I am also looking for someone detail oriented that can follow instructions, so in the subject line of your email, please include the weekly number of hours I expect this will ---------- munication is also very important so you should be able to communicate in written English.

I am looking for someone I can continue to work with in the coming years. I expect this to start part time but be more and more involved as we get more projects!
