Customer Service Representative

I need some to answer calls from a variety of different businesses and enter the data for me. I have many Lead Gen websites set up and I need someone to answer calls until I can find a couple to take the leads. Currently not many of the sites are taking many calls so there won't be a ton of work involved but that number should grow in the near future. I would like to potentially pay on a per call received basis initially and then move on to a full time position in the near future as more and more calls come in.
