Accountant

We are seeking a full-time accountant for our vacation rental business.

Accountant / will report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities include:

- Maintaining company books using QuickBooks Desktop Version.
- Daily entries for various property reservations.
- Adjustments for refunds and various cancellation issues in QB.
- Reconciling all accounts.
- Billing Home Owners for monthly commissions and collecting payments.
- Serving as backup for Owner Statements at month end.
- Verifying the collection of payments from guests and clearing invoices.
- Assist CFO with financial projections and forecasting.
- Complete new property financial analysis.
- Complete quarterly financial/ KPI analysis of existing properties.
