Web Development and Troubleshooting Expert

I am looking for someone with extensive knowledge in Web Development and Troubleshooting. Basically, I want someone who can build and design websites. Sometimes template usage is fine, sometimes they need to be done from scratch or custom built (which may or may not include coding). I supply all the content needed for the site as I want it built to rank and thus, all the content will include keywords and will be created with that in mind. I want someone that can help improve site speed and troubleshooting should problems arise. Also, someone that can set up Google Tag Manager and Analytics for most (if not all) sites created. Also, you must be very knowledgeable with on page SEO. I usually have quite a few builds a month (I currently have 7 builds in the works) but I am looking at increasing my sales team so I may increase that number exponentially over the course of the next couple months. If you can let me know if this is something that you think you would be interested in and if its something you might be able to handle please let me know. The work is pretty detailed and I want to make sure that I get someone that is capable of doing everything. I am open to hiring part time, full time, or potentially Freelance. Please let me know how long you have been doing this type of work and the platforms you are capable of building in WP. I personally like using Elementor in new builds but we come across many varieties. Also, we use Snapps on occasion also. Please let me know if you have experience in that (not important either way).
