POSITION SUMMARY
You'll be working closely with an IT team in completing projects, troubleshooting and fixing any issues relating to PHP Programs. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth operations of web processes and infrastructure as well as creating scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives.

Some other Role Responsibilities:
Create scripts to facilitate client systems to meet performance and objectives
Test and develop software for client applications
Create documentation for software created
Utilize source debuggers and write or modify client software
Produce results effectively and within the deadlines set

Proven experience as a PHP developer in a competitive environment
Strong knowledge of PHP coding and web-based applications
Good understanding of website integration and software creation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Good team player that is enthusiastic about delivering results


DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar
Minimum 5 years of experience in working with PHP, MySQL, JS, CSS3, HTML, SASS.
Basic knowledge of Apache server, WHM/CPanel
Familiar with Framework/libraries Laravel, codeigniter or similar
Experience building custom WordPress themes/plugins that are database driven.
Advanced understanding of the WordPress core software and its functions at the code level a PLUS.
Understanding of web performance best practices (e.g. analyze and optimize critical rendering path) a PLUS.
Understanding of WordPress coding and security best practices a PLUS

Good analytical and design skills;
Adaptable to changes in assignments, schedules and technologies;
Good communication skills and a team player
Experience with Git, Gulp, JSON-LD and Node a plus.
Possess an ambitious work ethic.
Able to multi-task and prioritize Upgrade to see actual infot afraid to seek help and ask questions when necessary.
Someone capable of creating a clear plan of action and follow-through.
Must be able to abandon a project and move on when it is no longer optimal to pursue it.
Eagerness to learn new trends and technologies

Specific Technical Skills:
5+ years experience with PHP
3+ years experience with Laravel Framework

Would be considered an advantage:
- Full stack developer (Front/Back)
- React /Redux experience
- iOS development experience
- Android development experience
