Video Editor and Graphic Designer - Full-Time, Great Pay, Flexible Hours, Growing Real Estate Company!

Our real estate education business, Multifamily Wealth Education, is seeking a full-time, experienced content editor/video editor/graphic designer who can spearhead the creation of all of our social media graphics, videos, and content. We are also seeking someone who can write articles and create our weekly email newsletters. Multifamily Wealth Education is a content creation, media, and education company that serves our real estate investment firm, Aligned Real Estate Partners. We educate individuals and real estate investors on how they can buy multifamily properties (apartment buildings). We are willing to offer competitive compensation, flexible working hours, and weekly pay. We are a growing company and are looking for someone seeking a long-term position with upside in pay and responsibility.

We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically, with knowledge of the real estate business being a bonus. This person will be responsible for editing both short-form (Instagram Reels, TikToks, Youtube Shorts) and long-form videos, (youtube videos, podcast recordings, etc), editing the audio for podcast episodes, and for creating graphic posts for Instagram and ---------- tailed Responsibilities:
- Formulating a cross-platform content strategy
- Brainstorm with tea ---------- mbers to develop new ideas
- Edit and produce podcast episodes
- Manage content across all platforms, including Youtube, Instagram, TiKTok, and Linkedin
- Edit and produce short-form and long-form video content
- Repurpose content from one social platform into content for others
- Write compelling marketing copy, articles, and captions for social media posts
- Create graphics, charts, and visuals to support written content
- Occasional need to work on projects outside of content management

Requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects with different timelines
- Proficiency with popular content management systems and editing software.
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
- Ability to develop content that provokes engagement.
- Experience with Canva, PowerPoint, and other graphic design software
- Experience with video editing software and audio production software
