The job description of a business development associate involves solidifying relationships with new clients. The associate has access to all social media applications to accomplish marketing goals.
NOTE: APPLICANT SHOULD BE WILLING TO WORK IN AN OFFICE BASED SET UP.
Qualifications:
• A graduate of Any Course
• Should have atleast 1 year of Experience as Business Development Associate / Executive
• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Preferrably Female
• Must be an active listener.
• Can work with less supervision
Essential Duties and Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive
• Experience in International B2B Cold Calling "US Region" will be added advantage (Not from BPO or Call Center)
• Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills with pleasing personality
• Must be comfortable in speaking with high level B2B decision makers
• Should be able to make cold calls and generate leads on their own and Nurturing leads for presentations and product demos
• Fix-up qualified appointments with B2B clients through "cold calling"
• Ability to speak with confidence about a range of products/services
• Ability to understand a client situation or requirements and present a relevant product
• Consultative sale focus with cross selling approach and general understanding of the market customers & competitors
• Look out for opportunities for business from an organization standpoint
• Co-ordinate with Sales team and follow up on scheduling the presentations or product demos
• Active follow-up with prospects and clients through phone and email to fix qualified appointments
• Maintaining the CRM database & Update the follow-up comments as a routine job
• Flexible on shift timings and must be a team player
