Operations Manager

SEO Werkz is a full-service Digital Marketing company that is 9 old with 90+ Filipinos working with us right now. We are recruiting someone to help us manage our awesome, growing team out there!

We are seeking an operations manager that can help oversee our team in the Philippines. We have a system that will help oversee employees on a high level. This manager will do their best to keep the team excited about their work. They will also help support and establish goals for career goals. This person must work 9-5 MST (night shift in the Philippines) and be available at any time during those normal work hours.

Looking for an extremely organized leader that will handle the following responsibilities:
- Oversee all of our employees throughout the Philippines
- Report directly to CEO including weekly meetings
- Hiring new employees when needed in the Philippines
- Report to all (US) Directors how their PH team is doing
- Build team comradery (remote games, outings, get-togethers if possible)
- Cross-training different products
- Creating SOPs and training materials

Qualifications:
- Must have very well-written English skills
- Must have experience managing a team - along with experience interviewing / hiring
- Have experience in project management systems
- Well organized

You will be paid bi-monthly on the 1st and the 15th of the month. We will pay via PayPal and we will be paying the PayPal transaction fees (included in salary).
