Operation Manager for Digital Marketing Agency

We are a digital marketing agency. I am looking for an all rounder. Someone who can take care of the business and work with the CEO. Our company helps clients to generate more leads. We usually use the affiliate marketing approach to get more leads.

The work can be varied. You are required to solve problem. Understand the issue. A lot of the work will be hands on as we are small and growing.

Some of the requirements
You need to be good with marketing. Because our core business is about marketing and lead generation.
You will also need to be good with English communication on the phone as you will converse with clients.
