Job Description:
Large, established India based IT company seeking full-time and part-time ---------- petitive hourly pay with possible commission-based incentives.

Requirements:
Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or Business is required. Also, desirable is 2+ years of work experience with a proven track record generating a high number of new profitable accounts & maintaining existing accounts.
Position requires excellent presentation skills in order to create sales pitches for Web, eCommerce and Online Marketing projects for international clients.

The following tasks/skills are also an integral part of the position:
• Ability to convert leads into orders quickly to increase sales.
• Responsible for market research, getting leads and prospective clients.
• Preparation of quarterly and annual plan with financial targets.
• Preparing proposals and Scope of Work.
• Negotiating and closing deals.
• Client acquisition, Industry mapping, Proposal making, Brand promotion.
• Re-qualifying leads from events, mailers, other activities.
• Achieving revenue targets.
• Building and strengthening relationship with clients.
• Ability to understand and respond of RFI and RFP for software development.
• Experience in online bidding marketplaces like Elance, Guru, oDesk.
