Lead Generators/Appointment Setters Needed ASAP!

Expanding insurance broker needs to recruit new Lead Generators/Appointment Setters to keep up with demand. We are seeking an experienced telemarketer to generated leads as well as set appointments for a Health and Life insurance. The ideal candidate would have past appointment setting experience preferably with insurance and the ability to make calls to the US. The position comes with full-time hours and has one (1) day trial and training period for which you would be paid per lead that you would generate. In the day of the training, you will be given 8 hours to generate at least 5 good leads which will be paid at $2 per good lead. You will be required to log in to a dialer to assist with quota objectives. At the end of the period, successful candidates would be made and offer based on their choice of the options and availability. See options below.

Job Requirement:

• Prior experience appointment setting
• Ability to work independently
• Secure internet connection and ability to call the US.
• Track record of successfully meeting quotas.
• Experience working with Dialer and CRM plus.
• Need to make a 200 to 400 calls with assistance of a dial
• Great oral communication skills.

Option 1
Candidates will be required to generate 3-4 highly qualified leads day. Whether it take 3 hours or 5 hours candidate will be paid $25-$30 per weeks or $1.50 per lead.
Earning Potential: $100-$120/month Plus a $5 bonus for every lead that results in a close contract. Bonus will increase up to $10 per lead for more experience agents. Average agents earn $250-$350 per month.

Option 2
Candidates will be required to generate 5-6 highly qualified leads day. Whether it take 3 hours or 5 hours candidate will be paid $37.50-$45 per week or $1.50 per lead.
Earning Potential: $150-$160/month Plus a $10 bonus for every lead that results in a close contract. Bonus will increase up to $15 per lead for more experience agents Average agents earn $350-$450 per month.
