About the position
This is a commissioned sales position. If you are looking for a high hourly wage, this may not be a position for you. This is for someone ambitious, hungry to succeed, with good people skills and lives by our core values. At every position in our company we need to have a team that lives by our core values, we each depend on each other and need to trust that you are showing up as a professional. We need someone who is committed to excellence, performs well under pressure consistently and will be the person who is able to graduate to a promoted position as a lead manager.
Our Ideal Candidate Has
1. Great people skills. Experience cold calling is not needed, but we need someone who's a great people person, meaning you get along with different personality types.
2. Great listening and communication skills. Given that you will be talking to homeowners about selling their property you must be able to relate to the seller, hold conversations.
3. A go-getter, you should be driven to succeed financially. Always looking to help another client or person, or in our case, a homeowner.
4. Sound professional. Given the nature of this position of asking homeowners about their home, they expect the highest professionalism
so they can be comfortable and build their trust. You will be representing our company in offering to buy their house.
5. You must be someone coachable, personable, professional, and highly motivated wanting to be part of our growing team. Must be fun and love high-standard goals! Must be hungry to succeed, with the desire for more financially.
Qualifications
-MASTERY of English. Must be a native speaker or completely fluent.
-Great communication & listening skills.
-Must have thick skin to deal with different personality types
-Commissioned sales background is strongly desired.
-Be willing to be coached.

$4.00/hr x 40 hrs a week = $160 USD/week
$500 Bonus or 2% commission per deal closed, whichever is
