JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly detail-oriented individual with passion, great attitude, superb communication AND GREAT ENGLISH. If that sounds like you, read on. Responsible for:
• Formulating and refining ad planners for Facebook and Google Ad campaigns that optimize for lead generation and purchase conversion for multiple clients simultaneously.
• Developing Google Ads, Social Media campaigns and any online channels to drive traffic to client and own campaigns under the supervision of the Performance Marketing Manager
• Managing email campaigns, including but not limited to drafting copy from templates, designing email formats from best practices, A/B Testing, scheduling and reporting using Klaviyo or MailChimp.
• Generating performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and providing recommendations for further ad optimization
• Set up tracking with surveys and pixel tracking
• Developing and executing a results-driven, multi-platform communications strategy and plan in line with corporate and brand direction
• Implementing online marketing activities including Social Media, SEO/SEM, demand generation, leads generation, etc.
• Tracking effectiveness of various campaigns and course correcting as required.
• Managing communications spend and working with team members in different locations.
• Developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing programs in line with brand plans and business priorities.
• Working with content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customer’s digital journey.
• Reviewing and optimizing the design and content of all online assets including landing pages, email marketing and social media pages.
• Planning and control of the digital marketing budget and spend by allocating budgets to different channels.
• Using A/B testing to optimize digital marketing performance.
• Analyzing the results and effectiveness of campaigns to deliver actionable insights and recommendations and generating daily reports on the digital marketing portfolio.
• Driving performance marketing via Display Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Ad Words, Media Buying, PPC and SEO/SEM.
• Planning and executing viral marketing campaigns across a range of social media platforms.
• Testing and optimizing marketing tactics that boost conversion rates and accelerate customer acquisition.

Qualifications:

• A fast learner with the willingness to solve challenges independently
• Willingness to work within a startup environment
• Experience with eCommerce is a plus
• Proficiency in photo and video editing is a plus
• Experience with Asana, Klaviyo, Slack is a plus
