JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently looking for a lead generation specialist to be the supportive force behind our sales and customer service. The ideal person for the job will be a fast learner and an independent worker. He/She will have proven previous experience in lead generation, administrative tasks & customer service. Because the needs of our business are always changing, we rely on our assistants for their flexibility and foresight.

Objectives of this Role
•Research and generate leads for our business based on specific requirements.
•Answer customer service calls and delegate tasks accordingly.
•Administrative tasks as required.
•Maintain and refine internal processes to expedite workflow.

Skills and Qualifications
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
•Proficiency in G-Suite (email & google sheets/docs), Vonage, Trello, Social Media (Facebook, IG, LinkedIn), with ability and willingness to learn new software and systems
•Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.

Job Details
This is a full time position available immediately. You will be expected to work 40 hours a week. The rate of pay is $3usd/hour. The schedule for this position is 10am-7pm est Monday through Friday with a 1 hour lunch break. There is a 60 day probationary period.
