Senior Finance Manager

What will your role be:

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for the preparation of financial information, financial processes, and reporting. Working closely with key stakeholders across the business, this role is responsible for the reporting and oversight of quantitative and qualitative information across to the business. The Finance Manager will be results driven, highly organised and has a passion for innovation and change. The company’s bookkeeper will directly report to you. You will be the CEO’s trusted advisor. Primary Responsibilities

Assume overall responsibility for the full finance function including financial and management accounting, payroll and other shared services
Build a stronger framework for commercial support and analysis enabling the business to improve decision-making and better resource allocation
Manage system implementations and development of new processes
Drive a culture of accounts and data focus with decision making and remuneration through real time reporting and organisational wide data Upgrade to see actual infovelop a costing framework with regular reporting and reviews
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process and deliver monthly variance reports
Preparation of periodic financial statements and liaison with Tax Accountant
Instill a data driven and analytics culture in decision making
Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will be CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with demonstrated experience in in a similar role. You will have a demonstrated ability to lead organisational change and be an accomplished stakeholder manager. You will have a background developed in a top-tier firm

Have at least 5 years in a similar role
Have experience in a similar industry
A real passion for reporting & educating all staff on company performance
Experience in project based accounting
CA or CPA Qualified
