Our company DX HUB LLC which is base here in New York, USA is in need of a Virtual Customer Relations Manager for our storefront with Amazon.
Roles and responsibilities are as follows;
Reports directly to Supervisor / Quality Control Manager daily.
Respond to customer emails, inquiries and concerns in real time.
Process returns, refunds and report all transaction to supervisor.
Communicate with suppliers and retailers on a daily basis such as prepaid shipping, monitoring of shipment, deliveries and follow up with customer if product was received on time.
Works hand in hand with Virtual Sales associates on product inquiry and concerns.
Able to work long hrs and on weekends if needed.
