**Job Description**

Do you spend countless hours scrolling through social media, looking at your explore feed on the hunt for new trends, new brands, and new influencers? You could be exactly who we are looking for! We are looking for a full-time (30-40 hours/week) **Influencer Marketing Assistant** who lives for data analysis, thrives under pressure, and is obsessed with influencer marketing and building close relationships. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing collaborations with influencers. Being friendly and genuine when contacting potential influencers is key. You also have no proble ---------- eting deadlines and working under a tight timeline. Working with us, you will have the chance to make your mark in a start-up.

**What you’ll do:**

### INFLUENCER MARKETING

Find, scout, and outreach to INF on social platforms (Youtube, IG, TikTok)

Follow up to outreach DMs with an email

Follow up to outreach emails if no replies

Reply to INFs who have reached out via email/DM

Create INF contracts

Create all INF orders in Shopify

Send commission creation instructions, review code, approve code

Update google excel sheet with INF collaboration details

Collect UGC content and add to Dropbox

Follow up with INF once all deliverables have been met to collect content analytics

Identify converting INF for long term collaborations

### ADMIN

Responsible for updating monthly INF reports

Commission Tasks

### SOCIAL MEDIA

Engage with ongoing INF relationships via social media

Repost INF stories to Social Media

### MEETINGS

Weekly Marketing Meeting

**Who you are:**

- At least **1 year experience in Social Media Marketing** (namely - influencer marketing, brand collaborations)
- At least 1 year of E-comm marketing experience preferred
- Must be skilled at Instagram, TikTok, and other Social Media platforms
- Technologically proficient in basic computer programs (Excel, Slack, Google Apps, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage and meet multiple demands within timelines
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Well-organized with strong project management skills
- Good eye for aesthetic and creatives
- A strong team player
- A people person and loves relationship building
