We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Appointment Setter/ Virtual Assistant / Social Media Team Manager & Customer Support

Must be available for the interview process right away & there are a few steps that need it.

You will be working directly with the Owner of the Company. Manage a variety of tasks & prioritize accordingly.

We are looking for someone who can keep track of deliverables.
Follow and improve processes.

Provide timely, effective, high-quality executive and administrative support services.

Must be highly organized with exceptional time management skills & the ability to juggle multiple tasks to meet competing deadlines & possess an eye for detail.

Strong communicator with a positive can-do attitude.

Be a self-starter who is a team player Maintain confidentiality, discretion and judgement in the handling of confidential documents & information of a critical & sensitive nature.

Has excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Wants to learn how how to advance in the company

Comfortable learning using new technology & tools such as project management software & social media listening tools.

Exceptional attention to detail Flexibility and readiness to change at the drop of a hat with a positive, unperturbed attitude Fast, efficient approach to all tasks

Work independently with minimal supervision Social Media Management skills Email campaign management. Understand Facebook Messenger.

Database management Facebook group management & fast at learning new software.

Must be available for the interview process right away there are a few steps to follow correctly.

You will be expected to do daily video calls with us, customers, or clients...

This assistant will be prospecting on Facebook in order to build relationships and then ask them to book a sales call.
We will provide you with full templates, systems & training to do all of this.

The ultimate goal is to chat online and book sales calls.

These are the primary responsibilities.

A. Run a Flowchat Software & pipeline daily (Full training will be provided)

B. Email management and organization

Handling routine incoming messages
Collating incoming messages into themes to be handled together
Alerting manager to important or urgent messages and following up

C. Calendar management

Setting up agreed-upon meetings
Ensuring effective time management
Meeting management

D. Attending meetings and taking notes

Publishing meeting minutes
Tracking deliverables and due dates
Preparing documents and presentations based on specific instructions
Making/receiving and recording details of phone calls on behalf of the Owner
Doing research related to the Owner’s tasks/upcoming projects
I am looking for a very specific personality for this.

Fundamentally, on a DISC score, I am looking for a high C and High S, moderate I, and lower D.
If this is not your personality profile, you are probably not a good fit for this role.
This is not my personality, which is why I’m looking for someone to complement their strengths with my weaknesses.

Also, I am looking for someone whose English is very good.
We will be communicating and even meeting on zoom calls every day, so I need to know that you fully understand what I mean.
