Qualifications:
*Proficient in MS Office
*Strong business writing skills and flexibility with work hours are preferred
*Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
*Ability to read/respond to emails, schedule meetings, prioritize tasks, solve problems, and maintain operational efficiency.
*Strong business writing skills, flexibility with work hours and under pressure are preferred.
*Knowledgeable in Purchasing
*An experience as a Executive Assistant/Secretary is a must
*Can cater to my personal and bussiness needs
*An experience in a Construction Industry is a must

Age Requirement: 30-45 years old
Salary: ?25,000-?30,000 depending on the qualification and experience plus good benefits.

HEAD SUPERVISING ENGINEERING
Qualifications:
*Able to supervice site operations
*Able to handle head office engineers
*Will be responsible for client communication and coordination
*Will be head on coordinating with construction managers
*Will head estimating department
* Will handle all correspondence
*Cascades to subordinate any changes in daily routine activities and procedures to meet desired results
*Ensures the approved work orders are served and accomplished within the target schedules.
*Ensures subordinates consistently follow sanitation and safety measures.
*Encourages subordinates in making decisions and judgements based on set-up schedules and guidelines.

Age Requirement: 30-45 years old

CIVIL ENGINEERS (QS)
Qualifications:
*With Vertical Construction experience
*Must be well versed in autocad. Class A knowledge.
*Field Experience
*Proficient in MS Office
*Flexibility with work hours and under pressure are preferred.
*Able to follow instructions thouroughly
*Must be well versed in estimating

FIELD CIVIL ENGINEERS
Qualifications:
* Must be experienced in field works.
* Capable on how to handle people in the field.
*Willing to work out of manila projects (batangas and dumaguete provinces)
* Must be able to instruct effectively.
* Proficient in MS programs.
* Must be willing to adapt company ways and style in implementing works.
Salary:?25,000-?30,000

ACCOUNTANT
Qualifications:
*Experienced Accountant is a must
*Responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports for individuals and companies.
*Audit financial reports for compliance and review company's financial status to ensure there are no discrepancies.
*Primary Responsibilities Maintain and audit company financial records.
*Oversee budget and financial management. Perform duties related to bookkeeping, preparation of government audits, taxes, and financial planning.
*Recommend fiscally advantageous methods to save money. Work with tax returns and analyze financial information to ensure taxes are paid on time.
*Audit accounts for errors, misinformation, fraud, and overspending. Report financial information to management.
*Create and analyze budgets. Advise management on tax ramifications of business decisions Act as a consultant in areas such as compensation, benefits, and asset protection.
*Oversee accounts payable and receivable. Forecast revenue and analyze ledgers.
*Identify and investigate variances. Participate in strategic planning, fraud prevention, and budget development
* Must be experienced in handling people.
*With good communicating skills
* Hard working and able to work long hours if needed.

SITE DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER
Qualifications:

*Managing parts of construction projects
*Overseeing building work
*Undertaking surveys
*Setting out sites
*Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly
*Supervising contracted staff
*Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and/or timescales
*Liaising with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
providing technical advice and solving problems on site
*Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
*Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering and the pricing of materials
*Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered to.
