Production Engineer

Job Qualifications:

- Bachelor of Science Major in Civil Engineering
- Min. of 3yrs experience in Construction Industry preferably in Precast is a plus
- Intermediate AutoCAD/ Sketch Up and MS Office
- Good planning, organizing and analyzing skills
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure
- Time Management; Highly organized
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to be assigned in any Precast Plant within Luzon

Job Description:

- Assign work, give instructions and supervise the work of workers to ensure optimum production
- Request for necessary materials in advance to avoid delay in the flow of production
- Prepare daily progress reports, record downtime for all machines and submit it to Production Manager -maintain records for future reference
- Coordinate with respective departments to avoid any problem that may occur due to improper information flow
- Report and discuss problems with Immediate Head on a regular basis, to enhance production and solve the problem
- Ensure a work environment exists for employees that provide effective communication between all shift team members in order to effectively communicate concerns regarding production
- Maintain safe work environment by following the standards and procedures with team members in compliance to company policies to avoid accidents
- Conceptualize mould fabrication and its layout for all the projects.
- Maximize production materials and other equipment utilization.
- Implementation of production and project schedule.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when directed by the Immediate Supervisor.
