Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads, Social Ads and Bing)

The Role
Your goal will be to ensure our online marketing efforts meet business objectives (e.g. return on investment, revenue targets, stable and quality leads). You should be able to identify paid media issues and provide solutions to fix them through analytical and critical Upgrade to see actual infovelop, execute, and optimise cutting-edge digital campaigns from planning to launch.
Regularly provide actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant Upgrade to see actual infofine, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
Build out media buys on various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media. Google Ads expertise is necessary; social media experience is a nice-to-have
Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.

Ideal Profile
You have at least 3 years experience, ideally in Digital Marketing, either agency or client-side
Experience in Performance Marketing and Ecommerce is required
Knowledge of Social Media advertising platforms will be an advantage
You have good knowledge of Google Analytics
You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard
You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
