Amazon FBA Private Label - Customer Engagement VA

We are looking to hire a ROCKSTAR VA that loves interacting with customers and social influencers via written formats (no phone calls required).

This is a rare opportunity to join the team of a soon to be launching Amazon FBA Private Label brand with a big vision. You will be a vital member as the brand and team scales up over the upcoming years ahead.

While this brand is new, the founder (CEO) has extensive experience with Amazon FBA having previously founded, scaled and exited a very successful Private Label brand. This new brand is in the niche of drinkware for cocktails and whiskey on ---------- (more details of the brand will be shared later on in the recruitment funnel).

We are looking for the right person for the job who we will invest in for the long term with relevant training.

POSITION DETAILS:
- Full time position (approx. 35-40hrs/week)
- Salary will be paid bi-weekly (on the 1st and 15th of every month)
- Salary starts at $4/hr (monthly: $600-$690) + Benefits of up to $100/month in value (see below)
- Given this role has significant interaction with US customers and US influencers, working hours need to align accordingly. Anticipated hours will be:
---> Mon-Fri, 6:00am - 1:00pm PHT
---> Saturday, HALF-DAY within the above hours
---> Sunday, DAY OFF
(note, these hours will be subject to change depending on customer demands, but act as a realistic starting
point)


MUST HAVES:
- Customer Support experience via written formats (e.g. emails, messenger chat, etc)
- Good Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, to aid with tracking customer interactions
- Great English communication skills (written & verbal)
- Great keyboard skills
- A good understanding of Western culture
- Experience regularly working with SOPs (both written and video SOPs)
- Comfortable using project management tools such as Asana/ClickUp & Slack (or experience with similar alternatives)
- Familiar using Google Drive & Gmail (or experience with similar alternatives)
- Reliable electricity supply
- Your own computer or laptop
- Reliable and fast internet access (above 10mbps)
- A quiet and uninterrupted work space

NICE TO HAVE (but not a necessity):
- A liking and knowledge for cocktails and/or whiskey
- Experience using Chatbots such as ManyChat
- Experience reaching out to nano/micro influencers on social platforms such as Instagram/TikTok/YouTube
- Experience addressing negative reviews on Amazon
- Experience writing blog posts

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (but are not limited to):
- Customer support via written formats (e.g. Emails, SMS Text Messages, Messenger Chatbots)
- Curating lists of Nano/Micro Influencers (following SOP instructions)
- Reaching our and communication with the influencers to send them our products for trying & posting on social media platforms
- Managing messages and comments on social media platforms
- Monitoring and responding to product reviews & seller feedback
- Responding to customer questions and inquiries promptly
- Writing blog posts (following a SOP framework)
- Data Entry
