Here at Renu Vacations, you’ll be at the heart of the action. Under the supervision of our Director of
Finance, you will participate in key financial tasks such as company financial forecasting and
expenses budgeting. You will primarily be in charge of company accounting and preparing monthly
and quarterly closings in accordance with US GAAPS. If you have an entrepreneurial mindset, natural
desire to solve problems, and extensive accounting and bookkeeping experience, we definitely want

What You will Do:
-Produce the accounting for the multiple existing companies of our Group
-Maintain the general ledger accurate, complete and up-to-date
-Participate in the preparation of company Financial Statements (Balance Sheet and Profit and
Loss) on a monthly and quarterly basis
-Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function
-Update and monitor budget limits for operating expenses purposes
-Participate in solving various requests from the team regarding Finance

You will also help our Director of Finance in providing our Finance Department tools :
-Participate in improving the existing chart of accounts, complying with US GAAPS
-Participate in the preparation of financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing
accounting and relevant data from the business
-Participate in company financial forecasting and expenses budgeting
-Suggest improvements for best practices to expand our operations
-Additional tasks could be added depending on the candidates progress

In this full time position you will be working at our Carmen office if you live in Panabo or Carmen Davao del Norte, or
remotely if you are from Luzon or Visayas Region. Work hours between 9am and 6pm CST are preferred and
encouraged so you can collaborate with our Director of Finance based in Cuernavaca.

What We Look For:
-3-6 years of bookkeeping experience : bank reconciliation, lettering, basic accounts balance
review, etc
-Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
-Hands-on experience with spreadsheets, Excel, and knowing how to use Quickbooks desktop is a
must
-Strong ability to analyze information and deal with complex problems
-Proficiency in English
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-BS degree in Corporate Finance, Accounting or Business Administration is preferred but not
required (if not, the candidate will have to demonstrate its willingness to evolve in the accounting
and financial sector)
