Construction Supervisor

We are a Christian based, virtual property management company and WE are looking for you! We are looking for someone who can perform the following below:

Construction supervisors are responsible for the management and safety of construction projects. Through planning, organizing, and controlling projects, they create an efficient and safe workplace, including materials and personnel.

Construction Supervisor Job Responsibilities: As mentioned before, guaranteeing safety on the construction site is the main priority and
* Maintains project administration in a correct and timely manner.
* Orders materials and equipment and takes care of the necessary permits.
* Accomplishes construction human resource objectives by selecting, orienting, and training employees.
* Assesses safety and finance goals.
* Manages sub-contractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting contractors.
* Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
* Meets construction budget by monitoring project expenditures.
* Accomplishes construction project results by defining project purpose and scope.
* Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
* Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
* Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, standards, and procedures.

Monday up to Friday from 9am to 6pm EST
Saturday as Needed

Construction Supervisor Qualifications and Skills:

* Proficiency in demonstrating proposals and projects
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple projects with urgent deadlines
* Great time management and problem-solving skills

Education and Experience Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* years’ experience working in the construction field is A PLUS
