Experienced SEO/PBN person and experienced link builder/html email creator [2 jobs]

Looking for 2 experienced online people to join my team full time.

Job 1 - SEO/PBN Person.

This position is all about seo.
I need someone who can create pbn's (both wp and archive.com sites) on mass - minimum of 10 a week (2 per day). Part of you job will be to source expired domains!
I will buy the domains and hosting and it will be your responsibility to launch the sites.

To apply for this position you need to show indepth experience in PBN management and build.

You need to demonstrate to me your methods of ...

a) how do you find/scrape expired domains? what/how you check the domains for spam? what metrics you use to guide yourself if a domain is good or bad?

b) how do you build your pbns? what services do you use for archive/wbm? which plugins do you use? templates? how do you keep the pbns different?

c) what hosting methodology do you follow? which hosts do you work with?

You need to be able to make me comfortable with your skill set?

Salary $400-600

Job 2 - External link build and email marketer (html skills)

If you are good at generating back links tell me what and how?
What are the link types?
Web 2.0? press releases? blog posts? comments? etc

The second part of this job is to create html emails.
The emails are already built, you would simply need to take data from a web site and populate the html email as well as format images. You would be required to create between 10-14 emails per week.
You MUST be able to read HTML in the old clumsy style so that it works in email browsers as well as responsive mobile.

Salary $400-600

Both positions will require to to be available on skype during GMT 9am-5.30pm
