LONG TERM, Full or part time web and graphic designer

I own a US real estate company and I am looking for a long term, full or part time web and graphic designer to assist us with our ongoing web site development projects. I'm looking for someone that is extremely creative, a self starter, and not only does web design but is diverse in their design skills if possible.

This will be a long term position. Currently my most senior employee lives in the Philippines and she has worked with me for 8 years and I consider her like family.
