Responsibilities
• Identify potential partnership opportunities with influencers, bloggers and businesses.
• Maintain and manage influencer relationships in the USA.
• Structure and negotiate terms on partnerships agreements and licensing initiatives
• Coordinate end-to-end influencer campaigns with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Define performance metrics and track deliverables for internal/ external reporting
• Find creative and unique ways to generate partnership content campaigns to be supplied to our Marketing Communications and Visuals team.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree holder in Marketing, Public Relations or a relevant field
• At least 2 years’ experience in global partnerships or influencer management
• Experience with negotiating and structuring deals and contractual agreements
• Intrapreneurial thinking – take pride in your work, be driven, versatile, initiative and result orientated.
• Outstanding interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Able to work independently with initiative and a strong team player.
• Excellent communication and people skills
