PART TIME - Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a part time recruitment Specialist who is committed, organized, and provides quality work.
This person must be able to handle multicultural setting and fast paced environment.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Source candidates through various recruitment sources
• Conduct and monitor various online recruiting campaigns
• Create job descriptions
• Perform recruitment activities from vetting, conducting interviews, facilitating assessments, negotiating offers, and keeping the documentation updated in a timely manner.
• main point person for other recruitment needs
• attend tea ---------- etings and update team resources
• Other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the Recruitment field is required
• Must be willing to work for 20 hours per week during 8am to 5pm US Pacific time (11pm-8am Philippine time, if DST)
• Preferably with experience working in IT/Software Development industries or have at least a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology or equivalent
• With strong analytical skills and the ability to create, measure, and scale the right workflow between candidates and hiring managers
• With strong consulting skills and can work well within a team
• Very good in creating and updating documentation
• Computer savvy with ample experience in using Excel, Outlook, and other software tools as needed
• Well versed in written and oral English communication
• Familiarity with the use of HRIS or ATS is a PLUS
• Must have a stable internet connection
• Must have a fully functional and up to date computer with which to perform duties
• Must be willing to install next generation end point protection on the computer
• Currently residing in the Philippines
