YouTube Cash Cow editor

Hello we are looking for someone to create YouTube Cash Cow videos for us. We are looking for a long-term relationship and we prefer to have everything done by one person/team. We will provide the video ideas and inspiration from existing videos. We are looking for someone who can do the following:
- write the script
- do a manual voice-over with an American/English accent
- video editing
- thumbnail creator
- music and other special effects
- be able to get copyright free content
- provide the right keywords for higher ranking
