WordPress Theme Change

I need my current website to be changed over to a custom theme that I will provide. The new site should exactly match "buzzflop.com". The theme I will provide is the exact theme that buzzflop uses.

The goal is to have my site have the exact theme configuration and layout of this site, including front page, post format, ads, social. Also, remove any currently unused or redundant plugins if the new theme does not require them.
