App Support/GHL Expert

Unleashed Consulting Co. (formerly Unleashed Marketing) is a Creative Marketing Agency that helps pet industry businesses scale! The foundation of our business success has always been good people that want to be a part of a team and build something special.

We are currently looking for an App Support to help us serve clients in the pet space!

Working closely with our existing team, our new App Support will be in charge of

Setting up and customizing our clients’ location account.
Funnel building
Running tests and ensuring everything is connected and working properly from start to finish
Finding solutions to every ticket we receive
Coming up with creative workarounds
Helping our clients navigate through Go High Level and improving their overall experience with the CRM
Supporting our Client Success Coaches by providing them with the necessary information to be able to fix technical issues.

Requirements / Qualifications

Creative and Resourceful

Detail-oriented -- would rather focus on the details of work than the bigger picture

Dependable -- more reliable than spontaneous

People-oriented -- enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects

Adaptable/flexible -- enjoy doing work that requires frequent shifts in direction

Experience in Go High Level navigation is required!
