Responsibilities:
- Assisting your patients with their questions, taking calls, answering chat messages, responding to emails, and addressing general patient queries.
- Keeping patient records up to date and digitizing health history forms
- Patient appointment scheduling and eligibility processing
- Processing prescription refill requests
- Recording details and symptoms of patient medical history and current health
- Educating patients and family members on treatment and care plans, as well as answering their questions
- Other medical tasks that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

- With working camera and headset, preferably with a designated work station.
- Conversational English speaking and writing skills
