Creative Thumbnail Designer for our YouTube channels

We own 7 channels with 100k subscribers and are looking for a thumbnail designer to help us. The work will be little to begin with, but over time will increase.

Criteria that we’re looking for:

Someone who is dedicated and passionate about designing ---------- is not necessary to have prior illustration experience, though it is preferred. This position focuses more on graphic design.
Someone with an interest in history and making entertainment that educates on topics like critical thinking
Understand the human psychology and what makes people click
Know the basics of a GOOD thumbnail such as; it needs to fit the title and hook of the video and doesn’t need to contain too much text
Someone with a familiarity with the YouTube platform, creator community, etc.
Must have a certain level of Photoshop Skills
An ability to work and adapt to tight deadlines
Strong English skills to communicate well within the team

Job role:

Create intriguing, clickable thumbnails that will hook the viewers into the video

Compensation:

A fixed-rate per thumbnail, but probably about $10/hr depending on how fast you are
