Overview of Position:

E-Commerce Virtual Assistant

Main duties will include the creation of Product Listing for Amazon

Skill Set required for the positions;


Basic Graphic Design Skills
Excellent Computer Skills
Fluent English
High Standard of written English

Requirements and Qualifications:

Will very happily work PH time 14.00 - 22.00 (Monday to Friday)
Reliable and Strong Internet Connection

Own Computer and Mobile Phone with Reliable Service
Legitimate References that can be verified
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant work experience with amazon listings
Able to proactively address potential issues
Excellent computer skills
Able to work independently with little supervision
Reliable, trustworthy, and committed to the Brand’s success
Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Able to use time tracking applications




Daily Tasks:

Optimize amazon listing
Create single / variation listings
Listing optimization (Title, Tags, Descriptions)
Basic Image editing
Product background remove
Create and fix variation listings
Add search terms for listings
Fixed suppressed and stranded inventory
Submitting a case and follow up
Create amazon FBA shipments as required
