We are in need of a FEMALE Customer Service who can speak SPANISH (BILINGUAL) in a full-time capacity.

Should have at least 2-4 years of experience in the call center or BPO industry

We’re looking for talented, independent, and enthusiastic people to become a part of a small team with a lot of challenges, great energy, and last, but not least – a very unique working environment!

We're looking for a new a FEMALE Customer Service who can speak SPANISH (BILINGUAL) to make calls daily to customers for the real estate company, Answer support tickets, guide customers through the process, make follow-up and work independently. Some data entry task and administrative role. The Representative should be charismatic on the phone, nice, and confident. We expect to achieve outcomes in terms of service, sales, and knowledge (research). The Representative should be reflective and able to adjust himself to the type of call (not to recite the script) and aim for the relevant action - service, or sales.

Work Schedule:

The day-to-day will include an 8-hour shift, 5 days a week from Mon-Fri 09:00-22:00 PST.

Requirements:

• Mother tongue level English + can understand and speak SPANISH
• Past experience in phone support.
• Past experience in sales.
• Technical mind with computer savvy skills and knowledge in real estate.
• Familiarity with the call center and real estate is a plus.
• Experience working with Zendesk- Advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Make calls to customers from the US and guide the customers through the registration process, or convince them to join the service.
• Answer tickets through Zendesk, review pending applications, report bugs to our developers, and look out for relevant product issues.
• Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone.
• Represent the company values to potential prospects.
• Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
