Webmaster for Joomla, SSL, Website

Greetings Kremlin Staff,
I wanted to contact you regarding hosting and the possible hiring a web master on demand for a few hours monthly. Our website is just over a year old, and we have expanded tremendously. We are an international community website. Joomla backbone, SSL encryption, and have a subscription manager to manage payment gateways through paypal.

That aside, many of our members in the states and around the world are unable to access the site most days due to server/re-routing errors. This is causing our paying members, and new members frustration, and ultimately costing the site traffic. We also have a google absence account embedded into the site, so naturally, the traffic issue is costing the site some revenue too.

Our current webmaster is wonderful on so many levels, but has been unable to resolve this connection issue after many attempts. We have also used AWS hosting as a test platform for a few months, but the issue continued. Our current servers are also scaled to handle traffic spikes, just as with AWS servers, but the heart of the issue has become clear that traffic overload is not the issue, rather, the redirecting process to the servers is not properly implemented. I am not a tech by any means, so do forgive my terminology and rookie diagnosis. I do however wish for our site to continue growth in a healthy way, and become all it can once we can accurately become a meeting place for members around the world to gather without connection issues.
