Data Entry - Customer Support Specialist

We are a US-based over-the-road trucking company. We are seeking a full-time long term committed person to handle inbound calls, administrative duties, and customer support tasks. Some knowledge of the transportation trucking industry would be helpful but not a requirement. Must be able to multi-task.
