25 Year old U.S. Based Company seeks Professional ASP.NET Web Developer to join our PH Team

Job Overview:

We are a US-based company looking for a full-time, home-based, sharp, and motivated developer to join our diverse and dynamic team. The business is growing and we need help with multiple projects that may involve integration with other platforms via APIs, creating new service offerings, improving user experience and site performance, SEO-related site updates, and troubleshooting technical issues.

You will work directly for our CTO however you will interact and send daily reports to the company Director of Operations. We have been in the eCommerce business for over 20 years with an office in Southern California. You would join 6 other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers in the Philippines.

This position is for someone who has a passion for software development using Upgrade to see actual info, MySQL, JavaScript, and possibly AJAX. We have a custom website on a .NET platform (Windows/IIS) with a MySQL database. We also run a WordPress blog on IIS/PHP.

Your daily responsibilities would include:

The Basics:
* Collaborating with the executive team to help with our backlog of dev projects.
* You will be assigned one project at a Upgrade to see actual infovelopment Project Examples:
* Help create reporting and statistics for operations
* Create new data APIs for resale or to solve customer data issues
* Help with SEO-related site updates
* Integrate other platforms (Vendor) APIs to create new service offerings
* Improve user experience (UI/UX dev)
* Improve site performance
* Troubleshooting technical issues and fixing bugs

You will be highly considered if you have:
* Excellent knowledge of ASP.Net, Upgrade to see actual info, C#, MySQL, JavaScript, and AJAX
* A minimum of at least 2 Years of experience

It’s also important that you know how to use the applications we listed below or that you can easily learn them. You don’t need to be an expert in them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them or a fast learner.
* Web research for problem-solving or troubleshooting
* Zoho cloud applications
* Gmail and other email applications
* Project management software Trello
* Screen capture software (web clipper, Nimbus)

What you'll use the applications for:
* Trello - for scheduling, coordinating, and updating the team on project progress
* Zoho Cliq - company messaging and internal chat

This is a full-time, 40-hour-a-week position.
Work hours during the first 90 days are Monday - Friday 1:00 pm - 9:00 pm Pacific Time (PT). 4:00 am - 12:00 pm Manila Time (PH). After 90 days with a proven track record, hours can be changed to 3 pm - 11 pm PT (6 am - 2 pm PH).

You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6-month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All Souls Day - you can choose 6 of them to take off.

The starting salary is $1000 - $1100 USD monthly BOE. We will pay you bi-weekly via Upgrade to see actual info on the 2nd and the 16th of every month. We also offer annual salary reviews with raises and bonuses based on job knowledge, initiative, performance, and attendance.

Once you complete your 6-month probation, you will get:
* 13th month
