A US based company is actively looking for a WORKFORCE & REPORTS ANALYST to join our internal team.

Job Highlights

Duties & Responsibilities
• Export and create custom reporting which aggregates input extracted from multiple sources into intuitive output for productivity analysis and resource forecasting (data mining and report creation)
• Conduct data audit, fact checking and validation of the quality and integrity of data
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve staffing levels and efficiency
• Maintain staffing and headcount records, develop hiring plans for long- and short-range planning efforts across all workload streams
• Deliver in-depth analysis on business performance (trends/funnels) and drivers, as well as forecasts and target and define, track and report key metrics to assess overall business health
• Maintain and analyze records of actual workload volumes compared to forecast. Understand reasons for variance and recommend changes to enhance forecast accuracy and effectiveness
• Review system capabilities, workflow and scheduling limitations to identify if requested reports and/or programs are possible in current system
• Develops and enhances the spreadsheets and databases functionality such as usage of forms, templates, logic and functions


Requirements
* Must have at least 3 years’ of working experience in the related field for this position
* Required skills are MS Excel (Power Query and Pivot tables), Data Audit, Data Integrity, Data Analytics, Basic Power BI
* Experience in advanced trend analysis and ability interpret data to provide recommendations to drive key business decisions
* Comprehensive understanding of current industry Workforce Management processes and best practices related to all aspects of Workforce Management deliverables.
