Approved Salary Range: $500-$850 USD per month dependent on experience level
Shift Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours weekly for the hours between of 10 AM to 6 PM EST, Monday through Friday
Contract Start Date: ASAP
Contract End Date: Long-Term, 6-month contract with opportunities for contract renewal

About the Role
Here at Hypothetical Brands we manage a portfolio of brands sold through Amazon, Shopify, and our wholesale partners. Each brand has its own Sales Operations Specialist that manages the order processing, customer service inquiries and platform maintenance. We are looking for an exceptional Sales Operations Specialist to join our team. This role will include a 4-8 week paid training where you will familiarize yourself with the brand, sales channels, and our internal Inventory Management System

Role & Responsibilities:
Process wholesale orders
Manage customer service inquiries for both DTC and B2B
Update product information in Shopify and our other Marketplaces
Work cross-functionally with our Amazon team to coordinate FBA shipments from our 3PL, update inventory ready dates, and revise product Upgrade to see actual infon sales reports in the Inventory Management System

Requirements:
2-5 years experience in customer service or sales operations (eCommerce or Wholesale)
Superior organizational and communication skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Attention to detail and proactive attitude
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines; highly detail oriented, meticulous and has exceptional time management skills
Proficient with MS Office and Google Docs
Prior experience with Shopify, Amazon, or other USA-based retail marketplaces
Proven experience troubleshooting customer issues in a timely manner
Wholesale experience is preferred but not required
Experience with Asana is preferred but not required
Experience with DEAR is preferred but not required
