JOB OVERVIEW

The E-Commerce Specialist is responsible for executing plans related to E-commerce and pay-per-click advertising campaigns, search engine optimization and other digital marketing programming.
Job requirements
**Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications or other related fields
- Minimum 3-5 years experience managing Amazon e-commerce channel(USA) at a brand and
- Excellent knowledge/understanding of Amazon policies and in dealing with Seller Performance matters
- Responsible for USA Amazon marketplace and product categories: Health & Household / Massagers category, experience in similar products is preferred
- Experience in managing product listings and inventory controls
- Experience with Helium 10 and Jungle Scout software preferred
- Experience working with e-Commerce Ad campaigns, price comparison and PPC. Skilled at PPC optimization techniques
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and creative content skills.
- Ability to identify trends in the marketplace and think strategically.
- Highly organized and detail oriented; able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple deadlines.

Job responsibilities
- General operation follow-up including product listing, pricing, inventory update and product profile enhancement
- Responsible for refining the selling points of products, product image, A+ and copy
- Conduct keyword research, analysis, and keyword expansion
- Responsible for FBA replenishment management, inventory scheduling, and maintaining a good inventory turnover rate and inventory safety
- Responsible for statistics and analysis of the sales and inventory data of the products sold by the institute, making sales schedules, collecting and analyzing market intelligence and competitor status, doing a good job in statistical analysis of data, formulating and adjusting product sales policies in a timely manner, optimizing product Listings, etc.;
- Responsible for product advertising including Amazon Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand? Sponsored Display etc. and promotion in the Amazon e-commerce platform, manage bids throughout the entire campaign, monitor and update daily budgets
- Responsible for the preparation of stock plan, skilled operation of ERP platform to follow up stock and inventory monitoring and management, to maintain a good inventory turnover rate and inventory safety;
- Responsible for breaking down the target and formulating the sales strategy according to the company's sales target to achieve the set target
- Responsible for maintaining the health and safety of various indicators of product Listing performance and handling abnormal product situations;
- Cooperate with the new products provided by the product development department to conduct market analysis. After confirming the introduction, track, analyze and report the sales of new products, timely respond to the problems existing in the sales, and commission feasibility suggestions;
- Responsible for making product FAQ, collecting and analyzing product negative reviews, assisting customer service to answer product questions, providing product return and negative reviews data to the quality department, so that it can urge the factory to optimize products;
