I am looking for an appointment setter to book sales appointments with e-commerce store owners. Right now, we have a well-converting offer for the inbound deals with good client retention, and we are ready to start doing more outreach. We have also tested out outreach with a previous BDM & have a bit of an initial process developed (although it can surely be improved).
We are looking to expand our customer base with new clients from Europe.
We are ready to hire a person to lead our business development effort to make this happen.
Your primary responsibilities would be to:
1. Build a pipeline of leads.
2. Cold
3. Booking meetings and getting leads to get on the calls with the founder.
To be able to do all the tasks above well, we believe you should be:
1. Able to work in a European Friendly timezone.
2. Speak and write English fluently.
As well as:
1. Manage the sales process from lead qualification to meeting setting & attendance.
2. Create and nurture a prospect pipeline and follow up with prospects.
The business itself is quite simple as we have only two core offers we sell.
Background:
A fully remote small eCommerce consulting business centered around the founder's reputation. Currently, we have me and four dedicated people working, I, as the founder/owner, do around 10 hours per week of sales (and will do the sales calls).
Our average client contract is around $1.5k USD per month.
Looking for someone that can:
-Provide insights, especially from B2B sales (ideally agency sales).
-Understands eCommerce & the digital world.
-Challenge the way we run the business regarding sales and delivery.
I am mostly looking for a straight-shooter type of person with whom I can have honest calls to discuss
This position is full-time (30 hours per week). Please make your bid with monthly engagement in mind.
